I'd like to see little fairy villages scattered about in the adventure mode, where you could help them, go to them for healing or kill them (treasures)!
Yeah, this actually sounds really cool, I hope something like this does get put in.

Human adventurer kicks a bandit in the stomach so hard he vomits then scoops up said vomit and bashes him in the face with it so hard that it gets stuck in his skull.

Clearly they use their fullest embodyment of facial hair! None of this elven stubble! Dwarven beard hairs are simply the most abrasive material to ever occur naturally.
