I doubt it, as that would be heresy, and it's his job to burn that.

Space Marines are not really cyborgs (unless they got cybernetic implants but that's not the point).

Isn't anything that has cybernetic implants, by definition a cyborg? Yes, space marines have cybernetic implants, one of them is of incredible importance as it allows them to use powered armor to it's greatest extent.

That just reminds me of sticking a laser up your nose and saying you're a cyborg.

Isn't the one that lets them use their power armour also the one that defines a space marine? So without it they aren't technically a space marine. Thus every space marine is a cyborg.

Yes, ones without it are just scouts. Unless they're scout sergeants, space wolves or black templars.

Iron Warriors.

But yeah, not really cyborgs, Super Soldiers, yeah I guess, but not exclusively cyborgs.

The Gean(I think thats how it's spelt) Seed is what make a Space Marine, it's an implant thats in the throat that sets off all these weird chemicals. If you want a full list of implants, I'll deliver.

Also the big difference between space marine implants is that they grow theres, they are biological implants.

Also dibs on Fireman that looks like he's on crack

Insofar as I'm aware, the gene seed does not cause the changes. The gene seed is implanted and takes in... something from all the other organs that are implanted (and cause the changes). This gene seed, after 5 to 10 years, can be used to grow said organs and create a new marine.

A cyborg is indeed defined as somone with an implant - meaning that technicaly they have existed since the invention of the peg leg. A more practical definition might be having a high tech implant, but real world cyborgs are still common; people with pacemakers, cochlea implants, etc.

I was agreeing as my spelling sucks.

Oh and the scouts do have implants, but they still have yet to prove themselfs worthy of a full battle suit.
