Meph: Bay 12, BSER, and Hammertime are finished, and god only knows what's going on with vote mafia 8.  (For updating the OP)

Also, is there a general rule of thumb for IC eligiblity?  It's something I'm interested in doing in the future, and I'm wondering if there's a way (perhaps even a rough one) of gauging how close/far I would be from qualifying.

Once you stop being a regular D1/2 lynch, at the very least, methinks. Preferably once you start getting NK'd if you want to be a town IC.

Dakarian went missing about 2 years ago.  So... is there a cycle going on that we haven't noticed yet?

The obvious answer would be to check back in about 2 years and see if someone else has suddenly disappeared.

Bastard Paranormal 2 is over. Any preferences on what I run next?

I'll be out of town for the next few days, so it'll be a bit before I get anything into sign-ups, but it's good to know what people are interested in.

Meph, I've really been wanting to run a 2-host game setup of some sort. Either two split interacting games, or with mechanics that can only be handled by two hosts. I've got a couple ideas.

Would you be interested in something like that?

Okay, I plan on doing Cybrid Mafia soon (mostly because it's more balanced than Religious Mafia), but it'll take time to determine a setup for that. In the meantime, I have a mini-theme game based off Legend of Zelda: Majoria's Mask (closed setup, yes to roleflip) that I do want to eventually test, however the original setup calls for 13 players. I could reduce the number of players though. The most important thing is whether there would be interest for it.
