Ok, I just downloaded this to see what it actually looks like and the first thing I noticed is that the Aquifers button tooltip has a very nasty, ugly and also terrible grammar mistake.

and what is it?

"you're entire fortress".

It should be obvious, and I often have a difficult time recognizing sarcasm. But some folks have a lot of trouble with spelling and grammar. I believe it should read "your entire fortress."

You're entire fortress are belong to us.

Meh. The "All your base are belong to us" meme has been so overused it's getting very tired. But I bet most folks who repeat it do not even realize where it originates:

It comes from Zero Wing, an old side-scrolling shooter for the Sega Genesis. The game has very, VERY bad dialog and grammar in the story. Hilariously bad. Seriously, I can not tell if it was intentionally made silly or if it was just that terribly translated from Japanese. The intro dialog starts out like this:

War was beginning.
Captain: What happen?
Mechanic: Somebody set up us the bomb.
Operator: We get signal.
Captain: What!
Operator: Main screen turn on.
[Ominously dark robed cyborg figure appears in a hologram]
Captain: It's you !!
CATS: How are you gentlemen !!
CATS: All your base are belong to us.
CATS: You are on the way to destruction.
Captain: What you say !!

It's an obvious error for me as well, I know the origin of All Your Base meme, and I know its super old overused and not funny. Doesn't stop anyone.

Memes just get better once they're incredibly outdated and overused, because the people who used them when they were topical have stopped because it isn't funny cool anymore.



Ontopic: Were the issues with the utilities from the last version fixed? Because nothing apart from DT, some of the basic init file shortcuts and the game startup were functioning. I verified that it wasn't my computer, as I deleted the LNP, redownloaded the then-current version and set up the utilities myself, and everything worked fine.

erm...
not possible in visual basic, sorry.
I use linux myself (along with windows obviously) and for linux:
 - the main utility (therapist), along with some others work only under windows
 - we're bad at coding in non-visual basic
 - visual basic only works with windows.

Actually its quite possible to get Microsoft.net programs working in Mac (dunno about Linux). We just need to change some code, and you would just need to install a program on the mac (not wine/virtualizer, something which lets it run natively). We had a guy helping us get the code right (file directory working needs to be changed to support multiplatform), but we've lost contact.
