These quizzes are always fun, and I'm more and more convinced I'm a generalist rather than a specialist.  My alignments are:

M8 I can't do it justice. I highly recommend just reading the books. Stormlight Archive is a magnum opus.

Kaladin is a bridgeman (one of a group of people whose job/punishment is to run at chasms and throw down bridges in the face of enemy arrow-fire). He builds them into a squad, and focuses on protecting his team despite his own depression. He eventually promises to protect others and becomes a bodyguard.

Dalinar is a highprince whose plot revolves around establishing unity among kingdoms. Despite this, he still feels like the general he was and, to a lesser degree, the independent and blood-soaked warrior. These past phantoms provide his inner conflict, and though he organises vast resources, various plotpoints lead to his isolation.

I've kept the spoilers vague and confined to the first book or so. I'll repeat what I said above, though.
