Hey everyone. While we're on the topic of visualizing DF races, I thought I'd post this.



It's an average looking Elf character, as opposed to Cacame the dwarfy elf or the insane Elf herbalist, which I don't really think are prime examples of what DF elves are supposed to be. This is one of them. He's looking down on you.

Nice pic, good anatomy and detail. I think it's a bit too muscular to be a DF elf though.
I notice she has green skin. In my personal opinion, elves have green blood and photosynthesis, but in DF they have red blood, so I assume they have a human-like skin tone.

Also skin color may be greenish even if you have red blood, there's no strict correlation. DF elves may have blueish, reddish or greenish skin, any. I just think that this way they are closer to the trees .

Even paint will do.

Some image hosting sites have feature that re-sizes to common web stuff (avatars, etc)

Without hurting the resolution? Dunno. Hold onto your high-res pics. But yeah, even paint can shrink them to a given size.

Also, CTRL+-, nubs. They DO look better zoomed out.
