What's wrong with the web page?

Is it just be, or is this page looking weird? Namely, a lack of a black background. The text is directly on the map background! Impossible to read. I'll post a screenshot tomorrow.

"Wierd" for me, too.  It just has odd formatting.  Right-click then hit "view source" comparing the normal dev page and that one.

What linked you there, incidentally? That's neither dev nor dev_single, which are linked in the Suggestions forum...

Same problem here.  Probably a glitch in the page layout.  I usually find Ctrl-A (select all text) makes it a lot more readable (works on web pages with silly colour combinations too).

It looks like that page is from before the website was redesigned with the release of v0.31.01 in 2010.
