Generally I see the best course of action being going to 11,5 and stabbing Pally D, after which Olison will pick up a Vuln/Concoct from Anja and go to your old spot. From there he can heal either Alex or bring Charlotte up to full. After that, Riven can go to the tile east of Olison, pick up the item and bring Raquel even further up.
