Indeed. The idea was bouncing around in my head for a while after watching the movie, which meant that by the time I wrote up the OP (over the course of a while) I already had a pretty good idea of what was going on in Arendelle and the surrounding region. So, free worldbuilding.

He impregnated a fairy who has built-in birth control. He could impregnate a species from a different planet if the only available member wasn't so she. He has impregnated demons, who don't even have wombs.
A robot shouldn't be an issue, if he tries hard enough.
