USEC, if you don't want your dudes to die without even doing a single thing, I find the rule "Highest Dex acts first" is absolutely useful and agreeable. Don't just go through the list of posts and make people act in the order their posted and then the enemies afterwards - doing so will *always* make them less effective

Eh... I guess... The outcome would have been exactly the same though, seeing as the monster can't one-shot anybody and damage is healed pretty much instantly out of encounters.

then again, everything can one-shot hainuwele. it could have also been very dangerous to Will.


Anyway, as you are the GM, you may very well decide to slow health regeneration down, especially when the wounded people stay active, rather than actually resting and getting treatment. I'll probably do something like that when my turn comes, so even weak enemies are not *entirely* inconsequential
