Great.  Enough partying.  Use divine powers to build and populate a set of cities for Bubblaria to trade with.

2 points, unless 3 is the number needed.

EDIT: Spend all but 1 point on smiting Scotsmen.

Command the monstrosities to hold off on the ground.  After all, it's a peaceful outpost: we're here, we're unfathomable monstrosities from a parallel dimension, get used to it!  If they are hungry, they can just go back to dreamspace and grab a dreamburger or something.  Request that any monstrosities that don't go grab a snack continue working, building with dreammaterials, naturally.
