The faction you're referring to is the son of bitches, or SOB. They're part of the church, wear power armor, wield chainswords and bolters, and freakin magic, and will rek ur face.
The Sisters of Battle do not use magic. They are very much a "burn the witch" organisation.

They don't use it, they are it. They are, mechanically, magic.

To me the Sisters are kind of like a Holy Paladin (If they have power) where they use holy Emperor essence and prayer to fight. Or if their just normal nuns in power armor and firing bolters.

No they are not. You're thinking of daemons. Sisters of Battle are not made of magic nor do they use magic, they're just normal humans who have extremely high levels of religious zeal and are trained to have excellent martial ability. They don't have magic powers nor do they have anything similar. They can't shoot holy laser beams from their eyes, for instance.

They have something fairly similar.

Acts of Faith is pretty much magic.

Tau Theme Song
Damocles Gulf Crusade Theme Song
Mostly Sympathetic Inquisitor Theme Song

I can't think of good theme songs for other races/events that don't aren't by the same bands (and thus I don't think I have a large enough pool to be sure). Contributions or suggestions for better ones welcome, so long as they're serious.

By this I mean please don't link an hour-long 'DERP' and say it's the Tau's music, Kot. :\

Can I make a suggestion for Space Marine and/or Emperor theme song? This. I know there is a newer version, I just like this version better personally. Judge for yourself though.

There's only one choice for a Chaos theme.

Though honestly, any song from The Downward Spiral sounds like a Chaos song, you could even take the whole thing as the story of a Chaos cult's rise and fall.

I'm pretty sure Neonivek was talking about dem humies, but the only Eldar that fits is probably the Autarchs with their sort of elf hussar wings.

What about glorious Imperial Guard Rough Rider Winged Hussars with glorious heavy tank support and glorious female space Slavic Guardswomen?

Everyone knows women can't fight 40,000 years in the future

Especially not infertile women

They have to commit ritual suicide in shame for being unable to bear children for the Imperium's wars

Every Kriegsman knows this; using more than 50% of the children born and raised to puberty to fight the desperate stands for which there are never enough people would be heresy

That's why there's so few female Imperial Guard models

Could theoretically be Shining Spears, though I'm not certain. Those are the jetpack lasers, right?
