The information about that stuff can be found publicly, I think. Kind of. The question was whether or not I could link up to the Paladins to get whatever info they get. When that wasn't possible, I asked in private if I could gain their memories after they died by eating their souls (with their consent) and I was told that it would have equivalent results. The Malakath stuff is equally true.

What do you even mean by "level"? Last I checked, races where not on some strange scale. Except the Armu, Seppo, and Hovori, who are better then everyone else. Considering a good portion of the world just got conquered by Mermaids, including some mountwyrm territories, I doubt your racist level scheme has any relevance!

It just means they're powerful enough to create Human/Tailwyrm/Mountwyrm bodies. Humans are objectively worse because they lack protective scales and have neither wings nor tails. Now that I think about it, though, a magically-enhanced Tailwyrm body doesn't make sense. I'll edit that out.
