Some soldier are out for a longer time span, some fake injuries and go on holiday because their will is tanking.

I've got the girl from Montenegro, but the rest of the available females are middle eastern or African. The Montenegro one has medium aim, not sure if you want her, one of the other soldiers, or just wait for some more recruits to show up.

Holy crap that's some long fatigue timers. Gonna need a lot of grunts to keep an operable squad running.

Actually, it's the second wave setting Meph chose, Dynamic War.

LW default fatigue is something like 5 days. Dynamic War incorporates a scaling factor to speed up the campaign, while increasing fatigue duration by the same factor for balance.

What do you mean by increased scaling factor?  This is something that helps the player?

@Meph: Just to clarify, if you get ANY Filipino soldier (female), then could that be my character (if ever; though I doubt it'll even occur in the first half-year due to expenditure issues and...well, LW: Dynamic War REALLY scales on the funding problems :/), as a Scout-Sniper? Thanks ahead!
Them raws really have tiny percentages for many, MANY countries. And the USA still comes out on the top percentages! xD

Unfortunately, it requires that HEAT, flak, and shredder ammo all cooperate nicely together, which the wiki doesn't say (beyond AP, flak and shredder ammo items having "Can't stack with some other specialized ammo"), so I'll have to wait and see if some Science gets done.

I believe that with the training roulette, it can happen--there are also items which give the desired attribute if the ability cannot be learned.

I know, and I'd be able to get HEAT and Shredder as perks, but the item descriptions lead me to believe that Flak and Shredder might not stack, which would reduce the effectiveness of my crazy plan (Maximum MEC support shenanigans with Collateral Damage + HEAT Ammo + Shredder Ammo + Flak Ammo + Holo-Targeter). If they don't stack I'd have to give up either shredding or catching fliers in the AoE.

EDIT: Oh wait, there it is, right in the b15 changelog.
