KJP: You have slightly conflicting information regarding the Essence cap in the Big Book O' Information, in the Stats section:

Essence: The "money"-type energy, usable for anything and everything. Regenerates from Influence and Worship where Influence represents your sphere's impact on things (adjusted for sphere size and relevance) and Worship represents a composite of how faithful races the races that worship you are. The Essence cap increases more rapidly for those with low caps or those who are low on Essence or those who have have high income and increases more slowly for those with already-high caps or who are high on Essence or who have low incomes.

Whereas the sections below your explanation on how incorporating says something slightly different - at least by my interpretation:

Essence income, as is mentioned under the Income section, comes from Worship and Influence and is unaffected by global loss/spending and remaining Essence capacity although a high remaining Essence capacity will increase the chance of increasing the Essence cap.

The top quote suggests using more Essence will increase the Essence cap quicker, whereas the bottom one suggests saving Essence will increase the cap.

Heh, the irony.
Si creates a race that's undetectable so gods can't snipe them, but this also makes it next to impossible to know if their numbers are increasing or decreasing.
Meaning they could die out, and she wouldn't even know.

Not to mention, they have flaws, but it's hard to correct them due to people having to manually find them.
Meaning they'll likely remain as such, unless someone puts some sort of virus in all the males of the Skizani to change the offspring if they mate with the unnamed weapon conjurers.

Sort of what you would get if you were to combine moles and slowworms, then gave them large bat-like ears, bird-like chirping/whistling and an Old English name.

The Naedercynn are a burrowing/tunnelling race who usually live very deep underground where it is warm, or closer to the surface in areas of high geothermal activity.
They have the long, thin bodies and heads of slowworms and the limbs of moles. They are mostly covered in sandy and blue scales, including the outer ears, with matte grey fur in the gaps between scales. The ears lie flat across their backs while they tunnel, using ultrasonic whistling to break up the rocks, and stand up when they communicate. The ears can also swivel around to face almost any direction.

They can grow up to five metres long and half a metre wide, and move slowly. They breed slowly because their eggs take more than one and a half years to mature in ideal conditions, and much more slowly in cooler places. They highly value companionship and politeness.

They can pick up resonant frequencies from the Efte, and can learn to interpret them, and can work out the appropriate whistle pitches to communicate back. They dislike the surface for two reasons. The first is that it's often too cold for their liking. The second is that it's far too noisy for them.

You have no idea how long it took me to come up with this race.

What it is saying is that if you have low essence cap, it increases faster. So getting from 10E to 11E is easier than getting from 20E to 21E. However, having higher essence increases it faster. So having 9/10E increases faster than 0/10E.
