It is great RP from an OOC standpoint, I loved it, but in charecter, a leader is even more necessary due to the teamfights, and may inspire even better RP depending on the leader.

Everyone seems to want some kind of structure, but without someone in power, they have to self enforce it instead of supporting someone who does enforce it.

Nah, If you all do get a leader, It needs to be someone who will act as a party leader. Make the decisions, but within reason. I think Tinkmaster would be good. Or Big Daddy.

ENG is still a valid choice, he's just more dug in to fighting a losing battle. it even shows in his abilities. he Does not run from a fight, he either keeps going till he physically can't (aka unconscious or dead) or he comes out victorious.
he's also going to imply that in his rematch.

That......could be quite bad, actually. A good leader knows to fall back when the enemy is beating you. By that logic, ENG would be throwing people at the enemy until the enemy dies or they do, which.....is not good for preserving team morale or lifespans.

Also, all for council, which Mio still won't be a part of. :P
