If there's any sort of legitimate problem with the ruling, I can look at the turn and see if it was really fair.

If that was entirely in-character...the game just came back from hiatus, and that feeling of "I can't let anybody down" is incredibly strong at the moment. Sorry for assuming.

Quietly I cursed, not only had I failed in getting the wish, but also in stopping Herzog's death. Glaring daggers at Ocean, I finally just...gave in. I decided that whatever the next thing was, I was just going to get my wish. One way or another, no matter the cost...

Awesome, awesome, but we have a problem: What do we do if OceanSoul doesn't come back? It's been sixteen days (I think) since Chapter IV ended, and...nothing.

Should we give the victory to someone else? Or are there any other suggestions?
