You shove your way to the front of the elevator and wait for the door to open again. The moment it does you slam your shield through the opening and into the metal bar. The shield hits with enough force to push the bar back a few inches, but it remains wedged in place.

Get out of Chaotics way so he can open the door for us. If he gets the door open, make sure the hallway is clear, see if the other elevator is locked as well, before checking over the biohazard door. Look to see how to open it. Is it a card reader or does it just look like it's push to open?
Or search the third floor. If any of the above or below apply to the third floor, do those as well.
Either way, listen for hostiles, before trying the door. If it opens, check the immediate area to make sure it's clear, shoot what needs to be shot. Search the area if not currently fighting for my life.

Before anyone can do anything else, Toby presses the button labeled "3" in the elevator. It rises for a few seconds before the doors slide open. Standing right at the threshold, only a few inches away from the group, is a woman. She's wearing a very businessy pantsuit, has her hair pulled back in a tight bun, and has her hands clasped in front of her in a non-threatening, formal way. But her face is clearly some kind of rubber or silicone and when she opens her mouth there's a whirl of quiet electric motors.
