Yeah, there's always someone, but 99 % of people haven't heard about them. (99.99 % on this side of the Atlantic.)

Just had this funny thought that maybe the republicans finally get sick of the guy and choose a random guy as their presidential candidate :P
I mean, looking at how he's managed COVID and now the protests, by November a potato will have a better chance to win against Biden.

Although, I expect the convention will be packed with Trump's homies, most of the others deciding to stay home to do something fun instead.

Also worth noting that several state parties canceled their GOP primaries because, to quote one of them, "With no legitimate primary challenger and President Trump’s record of results, the decision was made to save South Carolina taxpayers over $1.2 million and forgo an unnecessary primary."

(There is some precedent in both parties for this, admittedly, but not like that actually makes the practice any nicer.)

Regarding the military and why though I understand people being alarmed and thinking shit might go down, I felt the need to say that was a very very very unlikely outcome, even IF said orders were given by someone loved and respected by all...
