Would you use Cats (c) or kilocats(Kc) or would you use tons(t) like real nuclear devices?

A catsplosion of 50 cats is easy to make, one of 100 cats is a disaster area. Kilocats.... A thousand cats is extremely unlikely. So no. I'd use cats, not kilocats.

I've not had a doberbomb, but I've had a cave-croc-splosion once, and once was enough....Never again.

Try snakes. They're mature on hatching and immediately get on with reproduction and egg laying. Add lazy dorfs that never get to collect the eggs and you're up over 100 in no time. If you were crazy enough to go for an FPS killing 1000 I think you have to increase a "pet" pop limit parameter.

I suggest using kilokittens. As cats are 10X the volume of kittens. That way, 50 cats would be .5 kilokittens.

100 cats would be 1 kilokitten.

This is canon now.

I second this that dobermans should be measured in Kilokittens (Kk)

For convenience for others I wanted to provide the conversion formula.
Formula is just {(full adult size)/(500)} * [number of creatures].

So 30 dogs yields 1.2 kilokittens.
A full force of 100 dogs would be 6kk.
A single full grown dragon is 50kk.

You're getting your units wrong. 'K' = Kelvin (temperature), while 'k' = kilo.

Thank you, just fixed it.

but what is the average body temperate of a kitten? We could have #kkK

......no, wait, let's never do that.
