I guess it makes sense that he didn't really want to have to fight his family. This wouldn't be us declaring war on her because those are lamentian troops. Worse case scenario, he gets himself killed and we have a slightly less legitimate clam to conquering his kingdom.

Changing my vote to A. We can't hold onto a united Lametania, it's too big and will be too powerful once it recovers. We need to fracture it and split it up until we can incorporate it. Having the prince on side isn't really that cool, he'll unite it against us if we let him. Hopefully he can go die, leaving us in a better position to split it up between us and Karkhuta.
