EDIT: Forgot to mention, I've had a good laugh going through this thread.
I reckon it's a good way of comically introducing new people to the game.

It's adapted from someone else's modding, I didn't want to mess around with it beyond my understanding.

The A:NONE part seems to be from a product that takes a material from a reagent. A points at reagent A. You dont need it here, but if it doesnt result in an errorlog I guess it doesnt harm either.

I modded in a reaction to make a copper battleaxe by concentrating.
You forgot the final part, where gravity comes into play. I.e. the axe falls flat on the dwarf's head.

The 'magic' is technically a superheated glob of liquid, so it mixes with the blood when it smashes into someone like that.  The game reports this faithfully.  No recycling, they disappear after you throw them (or fail to throw them fast enough).
