Mine hasn't changed since I posted it months ago. Just an icon or two (or three), and a different Anti-Virus. Its the one with this background. (not full size, but it scaled well)

I can't seem to keep my miscallaneous notes and scribblings contained to one folder, so I just gave up and let them lie around. There are at least 7 'new text document's in that notes folder up there.

Everything I don't have a folder for is put into ~/Desktop/Stuff/. This doesn't make it any more organized, but it does make my desktop nicer.
