Made a thorn chakram. Loving it so far. Had a nice time getting payback on lots of hornets and man eaters.

No.  They removed that recipe for the same "balance" reason they nerfed the potion recipes.  Unholy Arrows are still absurdly awesome, you just spend less time fighting the bosses and more time grinding boring normal mobs.  Likewise, you can still cheese your way through every fight with a bucket-load of potions if you want, you just have to spend 4x as long hunting the surface for mushrooms as PBat did.

Well, you can just find an underground mushroom farm or two, walk out with a stack, then buy the lesser potions.

Will the bow light the unholy arrows? (and give them extra damage).

The only reason I don't bows is the gravity drop and slow travel speed of the arrows.

Doesn't it do 25 damage?
And was the 40 damage on from the early version?

It turns wooden arrows into burning arrows. There is no burning variant to unholy arrows.

Steps to replicate:
1. Dig a vertical shaft for maybe 1000ft with no stops.
2. Get a friend to do something that will cause ridiculous lag. (e.g: pour ocean into the jungle)
3. Jump down the shaft.
4. Don't forget to bring lucky horseshoe.
