Previous Bay12 themed mafias have had parody roles based on players in the subforum. I'd argue against doing that in particular. I don't think introducing players to the subforum with a bunch of injokes and winks and nudges they have no reason to know about is a good idea.

But Bay12 or Bay12Mafia in general should be good.
