a 3d model of a fairy
That's like saying that Nurgle needs a touch of deodorant.
Old Spice: Nurgle's worst nightmare.

Immediately, I had an idea for a short film. It's an Old Spice commercial, then it snapcuts to Nurgle waking up, drenched in whatever it is he excretes through his skin, gasping, sitting up in bed. He shakes his head nervously, and lays back down on his side. Then, behind him, the Old Spice Guy stands up and you hear the Old Spice jingle. It works better in my head.
I pictured a horror film about Nurgkr getting stalked by a Hannibal-esque Old Spice Guy determined to deodorant him.
Silly, Nurgle is clearly in league with the Old Spice sales team. Ho much more deodorant do you think they can sell due to really stinky chaos gods? Just like glaziers benefiting from broken windows.
The real motive was Tzeentch's desire for some really good deodorant. Just as keikaku.

Can't. We're on a Nuzlocke run and we've already caught one derail this route.

Oh, you all know what needs to exist? A hacked version of Pokemon with a 40K theme, at least for the starter.

I started painting a squad of space marines today.
They're going to be Salamanders.

Which evolutionary step would Carnifex be? And what would the other steps be?

I think it would go Carnifex. End.
But the other would be Hormagaunt > Warrior > Hive Tyrant (>) Heirophant. >.>

I'd say Ravener -> Carnifex -> Trygon for one starter line.

Maybe Termagant -> Tervigon for a non-starter line, and Gargoyle -> Harpy for another. Throw in Biovore and Tyrannofex as Legendaries, or maybe as branched evolutions.

Nah, the Emperor would be like a Legendary Abra. He may just sit there...but his mind will flay you from your bones without the slightest twinge of effort.
