Kek is a bit unknowable like that.

Also, its a metaphor, kinda. Meme Magick, Kek's element, is what creates memes, being "The Key". And the memes themselves create more Meme Magick by transforming into more memes as time passes, being "The Gate" as well as The Key by creating more Magick. The Key and The Gate are one and the same, as Memes and their Magick is all but Kek.
