Well, to be honest, I was surprised when Celestia decide to kill Jbg for no better reason than "I already killed one devil today, how about another one?" A good argument could be made for Draco joining our side; we are simply defending ourselves and our way of life. We, the stereotypically 'evil' beings, were betrayed for no better reason celestial dominance, something I would consider reprehensible.

I am very curious to see how the GM's combat mechanics work now. And if everyone on the losing side will be killed, just some of them, and whether any victors will also fall.

I wonder how aware our followers will be of the battle...not counting Jebyg's warriors and the Dragons.

If so, good. You can provide us with some perspective.

Do you think Celestia was right to incite war as a precautionary measure against an uneasy truce collapsing?
Or was Jbg innocent, and is Celestia simply warmongering for gains in power and territory?

You're missing some parties from your lineup. You also appear to be seriously overestimating the value of angels and demons. According to the Combat strengths summary:

Demons - As LGs are to GGs, Demons are to Devils. Two can match an FL.

Faery Lords(FL) (PCs) - Two can take on a devil and be even, or beat an LG, it takes at least five to beat a GG.

So...1 greater god ~= 5 Faerie Lords ~= 10 Demons ~= 20-30 angels.
