Besides, the migrants are probably moving at a pretty sluggish pace if they're trying to move the cow. We're the only one that the wild bovine listens to, becouse we're special.

The rule we probably should've followed to begin with:

XD Sorry, I wasn't trying to be a troll, nor did I expect the sword-cow argument to become legendary and multipaged. Well, if we don't get the sword, we still need some kinda livestock. Since we don't have a cow, I dunno... I guess...

I'm not trying to be a troll, I just thought that the whole 'imaginary cow' thing was funny. This thread is about humor, after all.

I suppose I could stop trying for the zany options if it bothers people here.

You don't need to make stuff up out of thin air. It's best to follow along in the pictures and get hints as to what you can do from those.

Sure, but while all the Masterwork level grass art is amazing, it doesn't tell us what to do next. And actually, grass to cow is not that much of a jump considering that cows eat grass. Besides, everyone's treating the swa'ad as a red herring, so if we don't pick it up now it's just gonna be a Chekhov's gun later.

Sometimes a rusty sword is just a rusty sword.

But it's obvious what we have to do now: go after the migrants.

Eh, I suppose I agree with that. Let's see what the actual author says.

I don't know. I figured we were to stay in the fort for a while untill someone suggested shouting about the kobolt.

I find it much more interesting to role-play Misty than just playing another adventure game. Yes, adventure games have taught you to pick up anything and everything that isn't nailed down (blocks, sword, etc.). But would Misty have any desire at all to pick up a sword? Again, what use is a sword to a cheesemaker? The cow, on the other hand, while admittedly a light-hearted lark, is exactly the type of thing that Misty would want to take with her.

The sword could cut cheese. +1 to picking it up.

Cheese that they mince with their bare hands.
