There may be a good chance Ynnead goes to town on humanity once it's done with Slaanesh, though.

Anyway, our Lord and Saviour the Void Dragon GORK AND MORK will save us all.
I now imagine a hundred thousand blaring sirens covered in teef announcing the arrival of the Great Greenies, both of whom are bound in a chariot with hundreds of weapons and pulled by squiggoths. Gretchin and Stormboys with metal wings affixed to their backs fly in a parade of fire and smoke. Guns fire in the distance, uncountable in number and size. Word come forth from Gork and Mork.

"We'ze come to save ya' allz and chew bubblegumz'. And we'ze all outz' of bubblegumz"

I am crying green tears.

It was quite brutal actually. Who knew you could suffer major head trauma from undergarments?

Still standing by the Humans as Tyranids hypothesis.

>TFW you slightly heat up the atmosphere and the heretic suddenly starts to try and speak something that makes sense

There are different sorts of men. I have seen many in my time. Damned men and lost men and men who have ascended into a status beyond our own. The last sort are different from those who are more standard, more in line. Those normal people are necessary.

Humans are blessed and holy and powerful. Together we make wonders, together we create miracles. We are united, we are strong and our humanity brings us honour, not shame.
The Emperor tells us to be proud! We are human, perfect in form, perfect in mind. Nothing on the face of world compares to us! We look at the sky and in the light of million stars! We find our destiny to walk amongst them and tame them... and we need to have no fear!

For Emperor protects. Always.

I am not one of them. As an inquisitor, I am in a different class. I order worlds to be burned and bring forth hammers of light upon His foes.
So... in the end, you could actually command that fucking chapter (at least as long as they have nothing against it) because you're an Inquisitor and just wanted to falsely accuse other people of heresy.
Heretic as fuck. Only solution - EXTERMINATUS.
My work here is done.

No.
We need Skaven first, and apparently playstyle (?!?) wise Skitarii are supposed to fill their role and there is no need for them in fluff since we already have one completly irrelevant faction, so...

In close combat

I use chair

Mightiest weapon

(Almost) more seriously, I do have to say I pity the Imperium. Having to rely on close combat. Melee is for those who don't know how to aim*, maneuver**, or plan***. I find it funny, too, how the Imperium lauds the strength of it's technology and it's determination, it's conviction, against every foe save the Tau. Against the Tau, they bring up their biological advantages as if that was evidence of a superior race. They sound much like the Eldar, then. A bit more hypocrisy; at least the Eldar are consistent in believing themselves superior in every fashion, rather than simply the ones they can justify to themselves.

*includes target prioritization
**includes coordinating with allies
***includes both tactical and strategic planning
