The repair drones gets to work figuring out where the Communications system failed,

AI system room

System AI communication relays only reach certain parts of the ship, as if designed to prevent tampering of important systems.
Rows of computer banks sit, this is where we are housed, Holding the extra Data, Holding general engineering data along with several Drone templates, And autonomous machines, a large amount of data is Encrypted.
((Think a huge amount of data on many topics, kinda like a STC from warhammer but way way shittier.))
General structure of the "Mother" Ship is rather decent, although not perfect.

Explored, Large amounts of spare parts sit, along with extra Matter cells, Along with several computer banks, unable to be connected, due to lack of AI cables.
Warp engine damaged heavily, can be fixed with a dedicated system, and several cycles, along with large amounts of parts.
Main thrusters in good condition.
Atmospherics system offline, can be turned on if entire ship is sealed, and can be jacked in to show which rooms is or is not air-less.
Medical section
Several Locked rooms, and a general medical facility, complete with several Medical concoction's of unknown usage. Two locked Airlocks sit, unable to be accessed by our Cables, there is however, a Dormant computer, Again, could be accessed by a Network Drone.

Five Scanning drones One fried at Bridge, Uses Tiny amounts of power from there battery(10) Around half a meter in Diameter.
8 General purpose Fabrication units, The size of a Mobile home Uses 25 Power units when fabricating. Seven offline, One barely running, however completely filled, Currently Fabricating, A Mobile Fabrication drone, the Construction will take one more Cycle.

Three Mining drones, each powered by Solar panels, and are outfitted with Mining Lasers and Matter collection systems, Completely self sufficient, If a little slugish.
Dormant Medical drone, unable to be connected.
A single Repair drone, with small amounts of Metal stored inside, and is able to patch up holes inside the ship.
