Would classes increasing Damage increase both relevant attack stats (I.E. Assassin raises both precision and weapon attack)?

Nope. It just gives a flat modifier to damage output.

Can bonuses put stats over the 5 point level 1 limit?

They don't upgrade attributes, only subattributes.

question, if I use perks to increase my crit-chance, would dex*5 rather than *3 be okay?

Could a perk make it so that dodge adds Speed * 2 instead of just speed?
