"Yeah, Japan. These aren't normal clothes, though. It's a Kamui. It gives me superpowers, basically."

Kenta nods. He'd probably find it weird if he wasn't brought up around stranger things. That said, super powers from clothes isn't that far fetched.
"Well, they do say clothes make the man... which is why I dress like a ninja."

"Oh. Hi. I'm Norio, Norio Ozawa. Nice to meet'cha."
He extends his hand towards Sera, upon which a ruby ring is worn.
"Sera Cromwell. I hope we can work well together." she said, returning the handshake - her hand seems a bit... cold. "I take it you've had it explained what we're supposed to be doing here?"

Norio shrugs. If he noticed the sudden coldness, he doesn't particularly care.
"Well, no, but I figured from the swarm of glass spiders trying to murder you that you guys were, well, the good guys."

Annabelle stands up, and stretches with her arms high up in the hair, yawning.
"So, what shall we do for now?"
She doesn't specifically address anyone, rather addressing those around.

Sera raised an eyebrow. "How do you know the glass spiders weren't the good ones?" she questioned. "...Kidding. To put it simply, a goddess - Harmony - summoned us "champions" to fight the "fiends" of a god, Discord. We win, the multiverse is safe. We lose, things don't end well." She adjusted her glasses a bit. "Those 'Fiends', incidentally, are usually old enemies from our own worlds. If you've got some sort of arch-enemy, or someone who hates your guts, or something like that, expect them to show up at some point."

Kenta looks rather offended.
"Well I am a ninja, why do you think I dress like this?"

"Uh-huh. Well.....that's....going to be a problem."

"Yeah, sounds about right. So... What do people do around here for fun, anyway?"

Nobunaga made his way to the pantry and then to the kitchen, paying little attention to his surroundings; the man was largely lost to his own musings. He set about the process of brewing tea, and quickly found that he'd made far too much for the two or three people he'd been intending to serve. Assuming nobody interrupted this process, he would have made his way to the dining hall, somewhat belatedly lamenting the lack of a proper tea room, setting the beverage out and serving himself a cup.

Ryuko looks confused by the question.
"....fun?

The clanking of Mircea's armor can be heard long before the man himself appears, stomping into the dining hall, loud booming voice and all.
"Is that....tea I smell?"

"Indeed. I hope you don't mind that I helped myself to the leaves in your pantry, though I must apologize for brewing far too much. Would you care for any?"

Mircea sits next to him, taking up a cup (that is pretty much almost crushed in his massive palm) as he does so. The chair he picks visibly creaks and shakes as he takes his seat.
"Of course! Tea is not usually what I would drink, but taking a moment to break bread and share wine with a battle brother is good, as my uncle always said!"

"Your uncle was wise to say so," he said, inclining his head as he sipped his own tea. "I've always felt that tea was a sort of. . . peaceful beverage, if that statement doesn't sound nonsensical. Not that I had any ulterior motives or thoughts behind a craving for the stuff; I'm afraid I'm not quite that poetic." He took another sip, sitting quietly for a moment. "Pardon me if I sound rude, but I am quite curious; what is the story behind your grand stature? Is it simply one of the better fitness regimens I've witnessed, or something more?"
