How fun is SPAMKINGDOM series?

Mind-bogglingly popular game series that you follow from early on and cannot stop, waiting for new installment like a drooling addict.
Long-runner soap opera you're too invested into to just stop watching it.
A fun little comic strip in the daily newspaper that's been around forever.
3/6
Who said it's fun? I didn't for sure.
I'm just waiting here for it to die horribly already so it will stop showing on my Unread Posts list.

1119 AD, End of the Year

For reference.  Also, Gubta first.

Looks like "Cyl I The Conqueror" has doubled the size of his kingdom.

Looking at the map, we share no border with The Empire, and only a small border with the Gubta. As long as we can station troops in the eastern-most part of what used to be Ceodwell, neither party will be able to easily attack us without arranging to march troops through another nation's territory.

Does anybody know how our relations stand with the Kashites?

I'm not sure if we will ever get the option, but I think unless somebody pisses us off, our next target should be the Tiftit Hurthlings; We know our war machines just wreck the little folks, and holding Tiftit territory means we threaten the remaining Eastern civs from two directions.

I think we already conquered the Hurthlings.

Tbf, it's fair enough that one missed it... It was a very short war.

I'm 90% sure the Hurthlings we conquered were already on land we claimed. One of the two green spots within Methiant's borders... I could be wrong though.

We already kicked them from our lands

The ones that appeared later from the second famine wasn't settling.

By the way, our kingdom will have a really weird shape now with the tifit kingdom and the ceodwell

I don't know if we are going to look like a pair of horns or a beak

Yes... but lets play nice?

I say if they ask for some tribute we give it to them.  Buy off the senate with some gold and we can go about our business.  That way is south and west, not east.

I mean, if they want like yearly tribute no but like a small one time payoff might be negotiated.

Better to piss off one empire at a time, not two.

Somebody mentioned about the Damdamians don't having how to invade us, remember Lathuabas' fall, they attacked in three fronts, one of them was these recently conquered lands, using the mountains

We should regenerate our army and do a bit of strength show on the orcs of the iron bone mountains. Maybe make them bow/respect/fear us while we build a bit of outposts there, just preparing against an future attack

(this if we don't jump in problems right now.)

The war against the Hurthlings was indeed a conquest of Tiftit.

Some people may carry animus toward the Damdamians left over from previous games, but right now they have never voiced any quarrel with Methiant. (There is a sort of general zealotry against the world, but not us specifically.) I agree that it would be better not to anger both southern powers at the same time. I say if we can afford it we should suck it up and pay them both off for the time being; but if we can only afford one proposal then my guess is maintaining neutrality with the Empire is likely to be a longer lasting benefit. In fact, if we keep cool maybe the spymaster can plant some evidence or something and play them against each other: they share a border and probably aren't too friendly.

Kashites I think are more or less neutral toward us; they did bite off a chunk of Gubta in the past but I don't know what their recent history is like for being our ally on that front. Farther east, we've turned down two trades with the Shahshans and they probably don't care to help us but you never know.

You decide to meet with the Gubta emissary first.

The fat man in opulent robes storms into the throne room.

"King Cyl of Methiant! The Emperor of all Gubta demands to be paid!"

"Why should we pay him anything?" The Advisor asks, stirring up the Gubta even more.

"Kingdom of Ceodwell has a debt to us for services of our mercenaries and most importantly, services of our Oliphaunts that cannot be so easily replaced! The Emperor says there shall be consequences if the remainder of the money in the agreement is not sent this year."

A) "Let's not be too hasty here, shall we mayhaps reach some sort of agreement?"
B) "He had dealings with Kingdom of Ceodwell, and that Kingdom is no more. Begone!"
