Ok, I finally got around to playing this. My conclusion is that it's awesome.

Since you asked for it, here's the (mostly) true tale of my first game of DF. I cut out lots of detail since I didn't want to spend forever drawing. I'm not a very good artist or anything but I hope you enjoy it. "mew mew" :3

Had me laughting the whole way through.
I love the interpretation of missing strikes, it's not epic dodging parrying and sportsmanship....it's three guys standing in a circle waving their arms like one of those flailing arm inflatable tube men.
