For those of you who don't have Fallout 3, you can probably skip this, but I just spent about half an hour blowing off insane people's heads with a .44 rifle said to have been owned by Abe Lincoln himself some 400 years prior, whilst listening to an old woman play some beautiful music on the violin and tripping out on some serious hallucinogens.

This is a good game.

Lincoln's Repeater is pretty fucking awesome.  Combine with a 10mm Pistol and the Stealth Armor from that one vault that makes you trip out and the game is half over.

The pistol that catches people on fire and the stick that makes molerats' heads explode are both cool too.

I like Ol' Painless more. But that could be because I find more ammo for it than for Lincoln's Repeater.

What is this about stealth armor?

Er, Scout Armor, sorry.  The Brotherhood jumpsuit armor that ups your stealth rating.  It has a matching hood for your head, but it's fucking retarded, so I just wore a fedora with it instead.  Looked like a Private Space Investigator.

You DO know the scout armor is too heavy for sneaking right? They'll hear you anyway.

It only has to be stealthy enough that super mutants can't see you until Honest Abe puts a .44 through their mushy brains.

They're a little too durable to snipe though.  Combined with ammo limitations, I eventually just used the Xuanlong for everything.

Combat shotgun. Sneak attack criticals that will hurt even BEHEMOTHS.

I find it funny that I can sneak attack people with a missile launcher.

Fat man's even better, if you time the thing to go off a second after the weapon dings.

I like knives. I just fucking love them. All knives, Big knives, Small knives, Cutting knives, cleaving knives, kitchen knives, bowie knives, hunting knives, Damascus Steel Knives, Shears (wtf?), Training knives, Pocket knives, Camping knives, Brush cutting knives, Swiss Army Knives, Cane knives, MACHETES, One edged knives, Two edged knives, leaf-bladed knives, Kunai. Not cheese knives though. They're just pussy. Every time I get hold of a knife, I just get so happy, I wanna see what I can cut with it (in a not wierd way), how sharp it is, and how well it holds an edge. My dream is to one day get a close look at a switchblade, which are illegal in Australia.
