... It's actually looking like a bug. More investigating has the mouse behaving funny in other areas too. And no rebindings for it.

Dammit, do I really have to choose between just the good levels and content and good support for the surprisingly accurate and fun mouse control mode?

It doesn't look like it's been touched since 2015. So I don't think anyones fixing anything.

I started using EatThisMuch and it's been trying to feed me hippy shit. That's not my WTF, since that was the whole point. My WTF is that even though I'd class myself as a gluttonous fatty, it has been very difficult sticking with the program and eating enough calories.

Maybe healthy food is more filling or something, iunno. They definitely don't taste too bad so that can't be the reason I'm struggling to hold down blueberries and tuna. Oh god, there's so much tuna.

It's like these guys have a tuna fetish or something. 2/3rd of my food involves tuna.

Also you probably shouldn't FORCE yourself to eat more if you get full on less calories. Unless you aren't trying to lose weight, which it sounds like you are. Less calories= lost weight, so if you're dieting for weight loss then you just lucked out by getting full quickly.

1200 calories is the most I can manage, and I think lower than that might result in me starving.

Though I guess if my body isn't complaining then I can probably eat less.

I mean, if your losing weight then you should be feeling a little bit hungry throughout the day but not unhealthily so.

Not really? It's fairly rare eating less actually does that much for weight loss, particularly with any degree of lasting effect or without pretty seriously unhealthy consequences. It's activity and whatnot that does it, not eating less, and that usually means eating more, or at least eating better. How you're eating can make a pretty substantial difference, too.

Personally, I'd almost certainly lose some weight if I started eating more, but in smaller amounts per meal and more often. Even if you're not eating much, only eating once or twice a day can make your body basically go into starvation mode and start going out of its way to store fat, et al. Easy way to gain weight, unfortunately.
