Carefully pry what you can see out of the mine with minimal vibration while floating on hoverboards (barely any Materials gained, but safe)
Restart Mining, get Material. (Steady Material flow again, but cause the burrowers to start appearing)
Ignore Mine. (Explain in post, please)

I thought you wanted to turn the plasma part into a turret.
I did, but i thought that since you didn't mention it and didn't say anything about it in the update that it didn't/wasn't going to happen. If it happens then i am totally cool using the electrosword.

And twi, what is more awesome, a plasma turret or a gun turret? i think that plasma is personally.

We need the machine gun for cutting down hordes, though.

It can happen, I just need to remember to actually add it into the update.
Also, open the mine or not?

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Yeah, i think that the armored foes and bosses are more of a threat though (which machine guns would do almost nothing to), even though it would kill fewer minis.
Proposal: that the turret have +3 vs armored/bosses, but -3 vs minis/swarms.

Also, sure why not open the mine, what could go wrong! [/tempting fate], but seriously, lets give it a try.

Armored foes: less, but tougher.
Heavily Armored foes/armored bosses: Very Armored, but probably never more than 5 of them at a time per gate.
Swarms: Really bad for swordsmen. Likely not armored.

Which turret are you talking about, lemon? the Railguns have -1 to heavy armor, but +2 to Swarms.

I was talking about the plasma turrets that were brought up just a minute ago.

I only kept the flamethrower near my gate so I could have the engineers convert it into a few traps. My inventory should be the chainblade and bow thing.

I apologize for the late response, I'm in Costa Rica, my family and I are moving around a lot and this is the first time I got a connection.  I am good for rejoining, but I may not be able to post until sometime around Sunday.

Use random.org, not as fun, but it works just fine.

The miners crack a tiny hole in the mineside and toss a couple grenades in. All of you hear a large SPLAT, and uncountable roars.
Continue opening?

(Also, Griph has that insulated suit now, they'll give it to him once you've returned to the gates.)
