In order from left to right, starting from the top row, they are a Bat-Winged Demon, a Capra Demon, a Taurus Demon, an Asylum Demon, a Centipede Demon, a Man-Eater Shell, Seath the Scaleless, a Crystal Golem, a Gaping Dragon, a Moonlight Butterfly, and a Pisaca.

I'm really bad at pixel art. Taurus demon looks a bit like a gorilla.

Bat-Winged Demon, a Capra Demon, a Taurus Demon, an Asylum Demon, a Centipede Demon, a Man-Eater Shell, Seath the Scaleless, a Crystal Golem, a Gaping Dragon, a Moonlight Butterfly, and a Pisaca.

Bat-winged looks good but he needs his tail and spear.
Capra needs to be a bit thinner.
Taurus looks pretty good if not as ferocious.
Asylum looks okay, but his skin is not blue. :p The belly is the right color though.
You gave Centipede your best shot, but honestly he's probably crazy hard to draw.
Man-Eater Shell looks like a jellyfish, not right at all.
Seath would be perfect if his lower body had visible crystals or was a bit fatter, he had his wings, and his tail was visible.
Gaping Dragon looks pretty alright if a very strange color.
Moonlight Butterfly looks very good.
Pisaca is quite shapeless.

They're all quite good for some quick pixel art.

Those are pretty good! I was able to tell what they were before reading your thing.

Math. I make the colours dependant on some random variables like distance from the centre(which causes circles) or feed a combination of some variables into a noise function, so I get those random lines. They are really easy to make actually.

That's a cool bookmark. The lines are nice and smooth, and if there's one thing I like, it's smooth lines.
as for the other character, that's not too shabby. The shoes are pretty good looking, and I do think that feet are always a little overlooked on some drawings. The one easiest fix for the hands I could see right off the bat is how the fingers taper down towards the bottom knuckle. Hands don't do that.
