Here's the colored map(s)

The first is a map of the cities in my game

The second is a map an environment map

Green is temperate
Red is tropical
Yellow is desert
Light blue is tundra (or ice)
Dark blue is river

Oh man, that looks like something that would induce tendonitis in my wrists if i tried to make it.
Perhaps a slightly peculiar choice to hand-write ASCII symbols, but it looks pretty neat. Just how long does it take to make a map like that?

I too, laughed at this one. Reminds me of Dan Paladin's doodles for Battleblock Theater, coincidentally. Must be the top hat and the tears.

Also, I shopped a thing. Or should I say, I shook'd a thing. No. Definitely shopped.

I chose ASCII because it's really easy to read and I had graph paper

For that one it took a good hour or two but the original that I transferred from a crappy sketch took about four hours because I tried to scale it properly then just took that and scribed it over in color

Yup, that pretty much sums up my thoughts on those games, too.

Also, this used to be my only way of spending play coins (lots of them on Warrior's Way in order to make some damn progress), but now that I have SSB43DS, I have barely any play coins ever for spending on the streetpass games. Darn 10 per day limit, I could be getting 5x that many with this job.
