What's the point of double action? Firing both shots at once? That'd be neat.

Double action actually means you don't have to manually re-cock the hammer after each shot. And firing both shotgun shell and a revolver cartridge would be just painful, I believe.

Oh yeah, sorry, I've managed to decypher 38 only now. But the idea of 7,62x54 12 shoot revolver still sits in my head. Obrez would have competition.

I can't quite see how to fit a rifle cartridge in a revolver. Though you can just fit it for very powerful handgun cartridges, like .50 Action Express or .454 Casull.
But that's a bit freaky if you ask me.

Simply have a very long cylinder would technically do the job of fitting rifle catridges in a revolver.

I discovered that having no internet for some (rather long) time does curious things to a man. It turned out I can into embroidery, knitting, crocheting, gardening, papier-mache,  beading, crocheting with beads, embroidery on what was knitted... And now I do have internet and thus I can't finish any of my projects.
