Truly, in the grim darkness of the far future, there is only boring goddamn humans.
Humans are perfect, it's the other factions who are boring. Fucking Tau weebs. The only reason they were able to compete tactically was Fish of Fury, so their whole "expanding spheres" progress bullshit is based on powergame and cheese, obviously.

Is there even a point in arguing this. Kot will literally always just go 'no fuck that humans are the best' even if the Imperium is a fucking nightmare to live in. Tau aren't a whole lot better, fuck no one is. I'd say the Orks still are the happiest faction out of everyone.

The funny thing with whole WH40K is that at the end of the day, if you are a fan of certain race, you can always project it as it being the strongest by adding a single "if only X" or maybe "because X" thanks to how wishy-washy even GW is with it's "official" cannon material.

  • Space marines are the strongest if only they used a combined force of every damn chapter there is
  • no wait, IG are the strongest because superior numbers
  • actually no, Imperuim as whole would easily kick ass, just put Creed as a supreme leader
  • wait wait, Chaos is the strongest because ALL WILL BE CHAOS
    • alternatively:
    • Khorne is the strongest because EVERY DEATH FEEDS KHORRRNNNEEE
    • Nurgle is the strongest because EVERY DEATH FEEDS NURGGGGLLLEEE
    • Tzeench is the strongest because EVERY DEATH IS JUST AS PLANNED
    • Slaanesh is the strongest because DICKCUNTS FOR EVERYONE
  • naturally, Eldar are the strongest if they just manage to finally unleash Ynnead
  • of course, Orkz are the strongest if only they lunch a big fucking WAAAAAAAAAGGHHHH! already
  • sillies, Tau are the strongest because GORILLION-FOLDED GREATER GOOD, GO HOME BAKA GUE'LA
  • undoubtedly, Necrons are the strongest because EVERY WORLD IS OUR TOMB WORLD, IMMINENT RAPE IS IMMINENT
  • without question, Tyranids are the strongest because THESE ISN'T EVEN MY FINAL FORM MAIN FLEET BODY
  • and let's not forget Dark Eldar who are the strongest because... actually, no, fuck those guys.

I for one think it's hilarious that the IG are used as the punching bag for everything and still keep on going

The little guys never give up

*inserts Black Hole of Guardsmen pic*

The guard keep coming because there are thousands of billions of them. If you gathered every guardsman in the galaxy on the face of the earth, most of tem would drown, except the ones standing on enough shoulders to be above sea level.

so, for the curious, assuming it's 1 quintillion people around the imperium and they all are required to give 1/10th of population as guardsmen , that'd be equivalent of 0.000002 times earth mass just in meat.

idk if that would amount to anything. water is about 0.02 mass of earth tho, so the guardsmen would totally drown
