HFS in raws (spoilers)

I can't find the new HFS in the raws, the underground_next file contains new cavern creatures but not the demons in hell.

That's because the demons are randomly generated.

Wait, I though just the forgotten beasts where randomly generated, are the under-magmasea creatures randomly generated too? I got about 10 seemingly identical shadow steeds out of my pits, did I break the random generator or something?
