I was thinking about the exact same thing.

Also, I don't know if the living things words need a material or if they default to "normal" beings if no material is used. Like, if you say "cat", you get a normal cat, with blood, bones, flesh, etc. But, if you say "magma cat", you get a cat made of magma

Actually, for a proper doctor staff, you'd need the words for Staff, Wings, and Snake.
