Going off of what I remember, skittari are the Mechanicus version of the Imperial Guard, except that since this is the mechanicus the Skittari are big cybernetically augmented supersoldiers with many limbs and I think they resemble insects.

Yes, from what I've seen and read they're all about high tech mechanical things. Not robots but much more complicated machines than the Space Marines get. I think the faction itself is swarm focused rather than elite focused.

The base unit models do look quite neat in a "spindly cybernetic being" way and they have dreadnought-likes (I think) that move around on  multiple legs.

One of the models I like the most is the "Ironstriders" because you can see that, while it has a gunner sitting in a seat, below you can see a person wired into the vehicle to actually control the arms and legs.

They're basically battle servitors, but with a little bit more higher brain function.
It's like someone took a look at the hardcoredness of the imperial assassin cults and the numbers of the IG and went "we can find a compromise here".

Can anyone here tell me if Slannesh's followers have a catchphrase or battlecry (like something equivalent to "Blood for the Blood God" and "Skulls for the Skull Throne" for Khorne's followers)

No one has any legit answers on Warseer, and if those folks don't know, I doubt there is anything.

Considering Noise Marines, the battle cry of Slaanesh is probably some sort of electronica, cacophony, etc...I once heard someone say if Slaanesh had to pick a music genre to call their own, it'd probably be hardcore techno.

The last 5 posts in this thread are pretty much representative of the responses the Warseer thread asking this exact question got.

Slaanesh has no particular battlecry, nor do Tzeentch or Nurgle. Some of their mortal servants have battlecries, but none as ubiquitous as 'Skulls for the Skull Throne!'

I am fond of Dawn of War 2's 'This quiet offends Slaanesh' as a battlecry for noise marines though.
