"My benefit is called [INSERT ABILITY HERE], in addition you will have all the video games you want!"
so perhaps the voice of dragons gifted to me if I follow you?
would ponder his choices.

Another deep laugh. Come to me, mortals, and we shall laugh together at the absurdity of it all!

The benefits of pledging are based on the domain of the god you pledge to, and the luck of a dice roll.

And no, gods don't directly influence the game anyway other then the boons granted by their pledges.

"You're not the first got to tell me that you know. For a while there it seemed that various gods were trying to bring them back, for various reasons. It never seemed to gain much traction though. Something about changing the atmosphere of the planet a fair amount to allow that."

A voice whispers in Michael's ear...

I see from your choices, Michael, that you are marginally less pathetic than the rest of this batch. Though I do shudder to contemplate a creature as loathsome as yourself, I admit that I could use a puppet in this race. Are you prepared to face reality, and walk the righteous path of hate? Or would you rather lay down and lose to one of the other whelps?

Michael looks around the cavern for the source of the voice, confused, before mumbling to thin air.

"Uh, thanks? If you can help me get out of here, I'll walk whatever path you want."

Cicadas can be heard off in the distance, Mortal Christopher, would you still like to pledge to me? Even though I am a minor one, I am still a god of life and death. All I need is a yes."

"I would. My power relies on being a part of a team. Pledge yourself to [Hiddenleafguy's character], and I will accept you as a team member."

((I would consider that, but I've already asked Beirus' permission, so it's kinda late for me to back out. Is there any chance you would be willing to do a multi-god team?))

A new god(dess?) has arrived

Name: Kriellya
Domain: Healing, Doctors, Medicine, Ambiguous Genders
Description: A tall, thin, elfin figure with long, green hair, tied back at the neck. Is wearing a doctor's lab coat, and what looks like a modern tactical vest under it. The vest seems to have a variety of vials and devices on it. Many of them are familiar looking, but some don't make any sense to you.

The buzzing of flies increases, "Thank you. It was starting to get boring in my realm. Insects aren't much for conversation. Be sure it is known to all who you pledge to!"

Accept Christophers pledge to me!

((Might want to edit your post to show you are pledging to Bib))
