I'll go with your original suggestion as there's no direct way to stop the concussions.

Several seconds elapse before the sound of many feet is heard and Elene comes rushing from the opposite side, shouting, "Security's been called! Erin Quill somehow got a chair into his cell!"


I may have forgotten to reveal that if I log on and there are multiple suggestions, I do them in order.

Well, the thing is, I just included the gasp and thud thing as flavor text and to show that the guards aren't stupid. Didn't expect it to be turned into something important.

} Distact as many guards as possible so eren quill can rescue himself, do this by becoming airborne and tossing objects into their hair, if possible look for something to help him escape.

In a security room somewhere, there is a telephone that connects to the main security room somewhere else. There is also a silent alarm. No need for codes.
