Not so much moisture as the snow sticking to you and melting whenever you try and get warm.

Ah. The snow never really packs or sticks well here, which is why any sculpture you see will be iced over.

The temperature is slowly dropping. Soon it will be the time I love most of the year, mid fall through late winter. I can get into this mellow, cosmic good times funk during spring and summer, but I can't be truly happy unless I can see my breath. I can't stand leaving the house when it is even the slightest bit warm, but I'll take half hour walks through the snow in just my boxers and some slippers.

I am completely there with you. When fall rolls around here, the air gets crisp and cool, the leaves turn red and gold, the air smells of earth without the cloying flowery smells of spring or summer, and the apple orchards start churning out fresh hot cider and spiced cake doughnuts. Winter comes soon after, and all the water is pressed out of the sky by the falling temperatures. Soon, snow covers the ground, and ice covers the lakes. You can put on a warm coat, and wander around in the forest on a Winter night, where snow covers the ground, and a big, glowing full moon hangs overhead. The fields of snow, and the ice clinging to the branches glow bright in the silver light, with the dark silhouettes of leafless old oak trees reach up like pillars in a cathedral, toward the night sky. The sky above is clear and bright enough that you can pick out all the stars, and the faint wisps of cirrus clouds hang at the edge of the atmosphere above.

I'm feeling unnecessarily warm and fuzzy thinking about it.

It would have been over a lot sooner if you had actually destroyed the chessboard canonically.  :P

If you're Bawwing forever, you can still type. Or if you can't, then it's TTFE. OR BBN

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

Nobody looked at it ever! D: Well, once, but then everyone forgot about it. So going to strike this whole thing as 'a mistake to be learned from' and not try anything that complicated for a while.

Oh man, I was so tempted. SO tempted.

Paint adventure I'm running in Forum Games. We just came from a dark, dark place and we are never going back.

Stranger Than Fiction is another movie I haven't seen. Might have to put it on the Movie Night list. I did finally catch The Truman Show last night, which was pretty awesome. I love movies that just take their existence for granted, and tell a good story. And Jim Carey being highly awkward and silly was justified by his character, for a change!

Also, 10,000 BC... which, though not big on historical accuracy, was a neat little Neolithic Fantasy Epic in it's own right.

Also, my class schedule is looking pretty wicked.

Your entire schedule is DRAMA.

And takes up all of Monday, two chunks of Wednesday, and nothing else.
No other subjects?

I'm taking CS 100 online, as well.

Drama courses aren't available in the Summer term, so I stack them in Fall. I am doing co-op in the Winter.
