So we've all heard about favorite weapons and armor, and ways to kill the bosses. What sorts of social equipment does everyone use? I'm currently running around with a fishbowl on my head

Why, a spiffing tuxedo and top hat, of course! It lets me fight, like GENTLEMAN. The angel wings kinda stick out on the outfit, but hey, angelic black gentleman ginger (my char is of brown colouration and has orange hair). It is very befitting of my irregular nature. The fact that I can go on a rampage in hell while wearing a spiffing tuxedo is a massive bonus.

On occasion, I just wear full familiar clothes, minus the wig, plus a mask. Then I chug invisibility potions and become the floating mask.

I like the way Molten Armor looks, so I use it for the aestethics.

I stopped wearing stuff in my vanity slots when they got rid of it being made invisible during PvP.

I'm starting to feel like hardmode is kind of taped onto the game, and that it's kind of a dead end. It doesn't quite fit in and it just kind of feels.. not as open as it was before hardmode.

I hope hardmode isn't essential for the game later. That's never going to happen but I can always dream.
