Hey, does the Facepalm thread fit into this? It's not exactly a story, but all the different little contributions to the thread range from informative to hilarious. I've been checking on it ever since I found it. The thread is also rather old and very long. I know its already stickied, but this thread is sort of a one-stop shopping spot for DF must reads and IMO is definitely something to keep an eye on. I nominate it, if it fits the criteria.

It's like to nominate Glittergen! It's a community fortress that started out as a thirteen page, my little pony thread, then as soon as I join in, It turns EXPLODES into 41 pages of awesomeness(with ponies!)!

Yeah... that's kind of why its a bit iffy. But like I said this thread is a sort of one-stop shopping for awesome threads, so why not?

Plus I figured, if people don't think it belongs here then it simply won't get the votes.

I'd like to nominate Matul Remrit (external link), please. It's a great story (still ongoing I believe) with some splendid artwork. A must read surely.

Also, looking through the thread, it seems Pan mentioned this story on page 3 by its alternate name  http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=89305.msg2472728#msg2472728 but got overlooked. (I searched for matul remrit but not bravemule). So that's 3 votes!
